I’m so annoyed with my late night baking self for not taking pictures of these before I bagged them. These were for a blood drive and they turned out so cute. A classic thick sugar cookie base with rolled buttercream candy heart toppers, I’m in love.

Rolled Buttercream:
1 cup softened butter
2 lbs powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Then I just drizzled glucose syrup (or corn syrup) until it started to come together and form a dough. It tastes just like buttercream, but you can roll it out for a smooth finish.

There miiiight be a collaboration happening… Ok, not might. It’s happening.

If you haven’t been the lately, it’s time. The moody greys and the pops of pink and gold are just the start of this gem of a place. It feels Alice-in-wonderland that may have dipped its toes in steampunk and then was tied together beautifully by and and their magic. ✨

So, yes. I’m baking some of their desserts starting very soon!! Dropped samples off this week! We will keep you posted! 😘
