I think one of the coolest parts of owning a bakery is realizing that there isn’t just one “right” way to do things.

Some bakeries thrive with huge menus. Others (like us) intentionally keep things simple so we can focus on making a few desserts really, really well.

Neither approach is wrong. It’s all about building the business you want and creating an experience your customers love. 🫶🏼🤍
