HeartStone Artisan Bakery at Alambria Springs Farm We are a true artisan bakery where we create beautiful naturally fermented sourdough breads pastries

We incorporate a long, cool, fermentation to all our baked items. This long cool fermentation increases nutritional benefits by breaking down minerals into beneficial nutrients. It also pre-digests gluten which makes it easier to digest and creates bread with a lower glycemic index. We use stone-milled, organic, traditional, heirloom grains and flours that are sourced locally from NY state. We sou

rce local and organic products whenever possible and use sustainably grown products from our own farm whenever they are in season. We bake in a wood-fired oven helping achieve the "perfect crust" which are almost impossible to achieve in a conventional oven!

This week you can find the wonderful members of the Cazenovia Garden Club selling tickets for their garden tour on June 19th and 20th featuring 6 lovely gardens in the Cazenovia area ! Price per ticket when purchased before June 15th is $30 🌷

Programs, map and tickets will be available for pick up at the Lorenzo Historic Site on June 19th and 20th. Tour hours are 10am - 4pm both days.

This tour is a key source of funding for their many civic projects - enhancing the Village by planting and maintaining flower boxes and hayrack planters, hanging baskets, holiday wreaths and garlands.

Come find them this week at the farmers market and grab your tickets!!!
