Chocolate cake
-vanilla buttercream (VBC) with Nutella and mini chocolate chips
-VBc with peanut butter ball and mini chocolate chips
-VBC with marshmallow fluff, mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows

Vanilla cake
-VBC with homemade salted caramel filling and Torani caramel drizzle on top
-Cream cheese icing filling
-Bourbon cream cheese icing filling

Carrot cake
-VBC with homemade salted caramel filling and Torani caramel drizzle on top
-Cream cheese icing filling
-Bourbon cream cheese icing filling

Lemon Blueberry
-VBC with blueberry sauce, lemon slice and blueberry top
-Cream cheese icing and lemon curd filling, lemon slice and blueberry top
-Frosted lemonade buttercream with lemon slice and blueberry top

Took a lil break from posting, but here’s an update for what I made last week.

6” funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream filling and covered in fondant….. mustang logo drawn out on edible icing sheet and covered in edible silver leaf and edible silver/white glitter dust

I am not a fan of covering cakes in fondant. I haven’t worked with it well enough to like it. So this cake wasn’t my normal.

Piping style is the newer “crybaby” style.

Charcuterie/grazing boxes 🌸🤍

2 large boxes (19”x14”) stuffed as full as I could get them with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, and savory items. Made separate bread/cracker boxes so the main boards could chill until closer to serving time.
Included almonds and pistachios to add in filler when the boards were set up.
For light appetizers/grazing, these boards could easily feed 40-50+ people. As a dinner option, 25-30 most likely.

*I had another party to go to at the same time, so this was the compromise in comparison to a large grazing table setup. I provided two pre done boxes that the organizers could set up on their own after I provided the directions.
