Sometimes a real estate story is about so much more than buying or selling a house.

This couple sold their home to move back to Texas and be closer to family. Shortly after, life took them in two completely different directions. He traveled across Texas and her out of state to each help family members. Their belongings went into storage, and in the middle of everything, they still needed to find a new home.

We toured homes together, often with Mrs. S joining us through FaceTime. Once we were under contract, there were many three-way calls, conversations across the miles, and plenty of decisions to work through while they were still apart.

Today, they were finally together again.. in the same place, at the same time .. for the first time in a long while. And for Mrs. S, it was her first time seeing the home in person, at the final walk-through before closing tomorrow.

Standing together in their new kitchen, that hug said everything. It was relief, joy, gratitude and the feeling that after a long and unexpected journey, they finally made it home.

And sometimes, that’s what home is really about. ❤️🏡

🎉 What a way to end a busy month!

Started today by getting a buyer under contract on his birthday 🎂🏡 — and ended the day celebrating another closing with a wonderful couple!

They made the move back home and closer to family, and I couldn’t be happier for them. ❤️

Here’s to a beautiful new chapter, making memories, and many celebrations to come in your new home! 🥂🏡

With school starting and everyone juggling busy schedules, this closing took a true team effort. We worked together, stayed on top of it, and got our clients to the closing table ahead of schedule! 🎉
