A little cookie class UPDATE!! 🍪🤎

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to cancel this Friday's cookie decorating class!

After DAYS of moving, averaging nearly 14,000–19,000 steps a day 🤯🤯, I've really messed up my back and am incredibly sore! My body is officially telling me I am old and need to slow down and recover a little. 😅

BUT this is only a temporary setback! I'm planning to offer more cookie decorating classes in November, so there will be plenty more opportunities to join in on the fun!

We cleaned our new house from top to bottom then I came back to our rental and baked! I was TIRED last night!! 😴

🎃🍪 IT'S OFFICIAL!! MY FIRST COOKIE DECORATING CLASS IS JUST ONE WEEK AWAY!! 🍪🎃

I've been tossing around the idea of hosting cookie decorating classes for quite some time, and I've FINALLY decided to take the leap!

Friday, October 16th, will be my VERY FIRST trial class with Rudy's Sweets & Treats! 🥹

And what better way to kick things off than with some SPOOKY Halloween cookies?! 👻🎃

I'm looking for a fun group of people willing to come decorate cookies, share some laughs, and most importantly, give me some honest feedback!

Since this is my first attempt at hosting a class, your participation and feedback will be SO valuable in helping me figure out what works, what doesn't, and how to make future classes even better!

✨ HERE'S THE SCOOP! ✨

📅 Friday, October 16th

⏰ 6:00 PM – Approximately 7:30 PM

📍 First Presbyterian Church – Basement
Castlewood, SD

💰 Adults: $45 per person

💰 Children 12 & under: $35 per child
(Children must attend with a registered, paying adult.)

🎃 WHAT'S INCLUDED?!

🍪 6 Halloween-themed sugar cookies per person to decorate and take home!

🎨 All frosting, sprinkles, and decorating supplies!

👩‍🍳 Step-by-step decorating instructions, tips, and tricks!

🥤 One drink per person! (This will change each time depending on weather and what I'm feeling up for! Juice for the kiddos!)

❤️ A fun evening making memories, getting creative, and enjoying some sweet treats!

✨ NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! ✨

Whether you've decorated hundreds of cookies or have never picked up a piping bag in your life, EVERYONE is welcome! I'll walk you through the process step by step!

🚨 ONLY 15 TOTAL SPOTS AVAILABLE! 🚨

This includes BOTH adults and children! Each person attending counts as one spot.

I'm keeping this first class small so everyone can get plenty of attention while I figure out the ins and outs of hosting!

HOW TO REGISTER:

📩 Message Rudy's Sweets & Treats with how many adults and children you'd like to register!

💳 Full payment is required to officially reserve your spot. Venmo information will be provided when registering.

⏳ Spots will be held for 2 hours after booking, while awaiting payment before being offered to the next person.

** Please note: Registrations are nonrefundable, but spots may be transferred to someone else if you're unable to attend.

I'm excited, nervous, and honestly just hoping I don't make a complete fool of myself! 🤣 But hey, we all have to start somewhere, right?!

I have SO many fun ideas for future classes, but first I need some brave souls willing to help me get this first one under my belt! 😂❤️
