Here is my July bake schedule! Orders open tomorrow for my final June bake (pick up 6/27 and 6/28). And then orders will open for my 🇺🇸July 4th🇺🇸 bake on Saturday 6/28. I hope you all are enjoying your summer! We sure are!

The oven is stoking up again this week after a lovely 2 weeks off! I put my garden together, celebrated my daughter’s preschool graduation, and spent a lovely long weekend in the mountains with family. I’m very excited to be back and baking for you all! On the menu we have:

Sour Power

Blueberry Lemon
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie

I got to “sleep in” till 5:30 and was done baking bread just before 9:30. It’s a slower week this week, which I am fully embracing and appreciating, and yet I was still able to fill up this rack. 🥹 Truthfully I was so scared to come out with my summer schedule this week in fear I would let a lot of my customers down for lack of consistency. It’s been quite the opposite! I have gotten so much support and encouragement that it is the right move. It truly has made this very scary decision for a business owner a whole lot easier. To my customers- you have no idea how grateful I am for each and every one of you. Thank you for trusting me, believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to bake for you 💜

Going in to summer (the last summer before kindergarten for one of my kiddos) I am going to prioritize making memories with my kids. That being said, I will not be doing preorders every week. I will however try to have bread every Saturday at The Carriage Shoppes in Elizabeth. For those weeks that I am not doing a big bake, or no bake at all, I will have this calendar available for you to refer to!
