Hi everyone! I just wanted to pop on- I’m dealing with a lot of guilt that I can’t bake at the capacity I used to and have been struggling with how to communicate my pickups and sales at The Carriage Shoppes. I’ve been hesitant to make big pre-order posts because they have been limited and I feel terrible when I don’t have enough for everyone! I also am not able to commit far in advance on when I will open up for pre-orders so a lot of times it’s a decision I make a day or two prior. That being said, if you are wanting to get some of my bread here are a few options that might help.

📲Make sure you are signed up for text alerts on Hotplate. You will get texted the second I open up for orders and when you get that text, don’t delay! My first time opening up again I sold out in 2 minutes. 😳 I will usually open up for orders either Sunday mornings or Friday afternoons. 🛍️I am currently splitting Sourdough Saturdays at The Carriage Shoppes with the amazing Melanie's CO Kitchen. I will be sharing the calendars at the top of my page for each month so you know who will be there and when.

☀️While I enjoy making posts and doing weekly menus on social media is takes a lot of time and brain power- both of which I’m running low on lately 😅 so I wouldn’t rely on my social media pages for the most up-to-date info at this time.

I’m taking this next week off and then will be back at The Carriage Shoppes again the first week of June!

As always you guys are the best and it truly is the best being able to bake for you all.

✨Literal dream job✨💜 Getting back in to the swing of things and trying a new dough schedule. Instead of a Tuesday (sour power) and Thursday (everything else) dough day, I’m trying a big Wednesday dough day where I do all the dough in one day! Today went well and I hope that this proves to give me some precious time back with my family.

Level up your pizza crust to ✨Garlic Parmesan Pizza Crust✨

When you have 2-3 minutes left of baking your pizza, take it out and brush with some garlic parmesan oil. I suck as following strict recipes, but just grab:

Olive oil (2-3tbsp-ish)
Garlic Power (1/2ish tsp)
Italian Seasoning (1/2ish tsp)
Salt (pinch)
Parmesan Cheese (1 tbsp-ish)

✨Toss that pizza back in the oven for a few more minutes and never leave an uneaten crust behind ever again ✨

Your mom called and she said she wants you to make sourdough pizza for dinner and she doesn’t want to lift a freaking finger. And good news for you- I will have several sourdough pizza crusts available at The Carriage Shoppes tomorrow to make your life easier while you spoil that special mom in your life.
