✨ A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this year for our Around the World in a Bread Basket series! From focaccia to pita (and everything in between), it’s been such a joy to knead, laugh, and learn together. 💛

Today’s Pita class was the perfect finale — proof that a little elbow grease (and a lot of love) makes magic happen. Watching those pitas puff up was just as rewarding as seeing all of you bring your energy and creativity into the kitchen. 🫓✨

We’re so grateful for the support, smiles, and memories we’ve shared. Here’s to many more bread adventures in 2026! 🥂🍞

I grew up in the Middle East, where hot breads and creamy hummus were a part of everyday life—and I’m so excited to share a taste of that with you.

👩🏻‍🍳 In this hands-on session, we’ll:

🥣 Mix, knead, and shape soft, pillowy Pita
🔥 Bake it fresh in class
🧄 Enjoy it hot with Homemade Garlic Hummus
🛍️ Go home with your own dough + homemade garlic hummus to recreate the magic!

This afternoon was something special. 🥰

We gathered around the dough, shared stories over spices, and pulled hot naan straight off the cast iron pan—crispy, pillowy, and perfect. The dal makhni simmered away in the background as the room filled with laughter, conversation, and the comforting aroma of fresh bread.

Thank you to the incredible women who joined me for this unforgettable afternoon.

Floured hands and full hearts… this is what Rotika is all about. Breaking bread, building connections. ❤️
