I’ve been using the aliquot method to help me know when my dough is ready to shape, and it has been a super helpful method!

Classic Sourdough Round Loaf $10
Jalapeño Cheddar SD Round Loaves $12 Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls (5 pk) $15
Chocolate Chip Scones: 6 for $12 or 12 for $22
Maple Cinnamon Scones: 6 for $12 or 12 for $22
