I was so honored to make some special baby shower cookies for my 2nd daughter. 💙 I am beyond excited to be welcoming her sweet little boy into our family!

We all know how much she LOVES the movie Cars, so it was only fitting that the baby shower followed the theme! 🚗🏁💙

I had so much fun making these special cookies for such a special occasion. I can’t wait to meet our little guy and watch our family grow once again. 💙

I promise I haven’t been neglecting you all! 😂❤️

I’ve still been busy making cookies in the early mornings and late evenings—usually while the grandkids are sleeping! 🥰 But with everything going on this week, I haven’t had much time to stop and take pictures of my cookie creations.

I’ve been blessed to spend lots of time helping my daughter & son-in-law by watching the grandkids while they are both swamped at the BCYF. Family comes first, and I’m happy to help! ❤️

BUT… I finally got some photos last night of my latest order! 🎉

I was so honored to make these fun and cool cookies for a very special 2-year-old’s birthday! 🎂🎈 I absolutely loved how these turned out and hope this little birthday boy/girl had the BEST birthday ever!

✨ WHAT A MONTH! ✨

July was officially my busiest month yet! 😳🍪

Not only were we busy getting ready for the Cass County Fair, hauling our camper and horses up there, and enjoying fair week… I also made 27 DOZEN COOKIES in the month of July! 🤯🍪

I am truly so blessed and honored to have so many amazing people supporting Outback Cookies and trusting me with your special events. Every order, every referral, every share, and every kind word means more to me than you know. ❤️

July definitely taught me something… I need to learn how to say, “I’m full!” 😂🙈 I never want to turn anyone away, but I also want to make sure I have the time to give every order the love and attention it deserves.

I was truly honored to create these birthday cookies for a very special little artist. 💛

At our Cookies & Cows class, she surprised me with the sweetest hand-drawn picture of a Highland cow labeled “Cookies & Cows” and even signed her artwork. That simple act of kindness touched my heart more than she will ever know. Her drawing has been hanging on my cookie decorating cart ever since, and I get to smile every time I see it.

When her mom reached out to ask if I could make E.T.-themed cookies for her birthday, I couldn’t wait to make them happen. I have to admit, E.T.‘s face was definitely a challenge! After lots of practice and a few different ideas, everything finally came together, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.

Today, her mom sent me a video of her seeing the cookies for the first time. Watching her excitement and pure joy brought tears to my eyes. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. It’s about so much more than cookies—it’s about creating memories that families will cherish.

Happy Birthday to my sweet little artist! Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your special day. ❤️
