Time for a Partner Spotlight! We are so proud to be the bread at hundreds of amazing Orlando restaurants and cafes - including KrungThep Tea Time in Winter Park.

The Khao Soi Chicken Sandwich is inspired by a Northern Thai noodle dish with marinated chicken, red onion, pickled cucumber, cilantro, and Khao Soi mayo on our grilled sourdough.

For dessert, Krunthep has many versions of the Thai teahouse treat, Brick Toast, using our butter bread. Monkey’s Brick Toast is loaded with organic honey, Nutella, banana, vanilla bean ice cream, powdered sugar, and whipped cream.

We are honored to provide fresh bread and baked goods to such a wonderfully diverse group of restaurants across Central Florida!

Fresh-baked English muffins are coming to the farmers markets this weekend!

If you love a good English muffin, ours are a little taller than your typical supermarket version, so much fresher, and still full of all those little pockets - just waiting to soak up butter, jam, or honey.

Pumpkin Spice Lattes aren’t the only delicious Fall tradition! Over at Toasted restaurant, the Autumn Melt is back – and, of course, grilled on our Tuscan bread.

The kitchen fills that crunchy toastie with bacon, apple slices, cheddar cheese, craisins, and house-made pumpkin spread! It’s a fall feast without a fork.

Now, we don’t help make the Toasted Mac & Cheese, but we’re all over the Mac Attack sandwich, part of the regular menu. You’ve got that mac and cheese - plus cheddar, provolone, muenster, and jack cheeses, along with bacon and arugula. We won’t tell Mom and Dad that you’re eating pasta with your hands.

It’s an absolute honor to partner with Toasted and hundreds of amazing restaurants in and around Orlando to deliver great food every day.

Our Granola Fruit Bar is like an oatmeal cookie packed with coconut, cranberries, mango, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Maybe the best review we can get is the smiling faces of the kids that try them.

You’ll find our Granola Fruit Bars at local coffee shops, weekend farmers markets, and our new bakeshop, Rye Row Bakery - Olde Hearth Ivanhoe. Turns out, grown-ups like them pretty well too.

We are thrilled to welcome Hakan as our new Director of Sales!

Hakan joins the Olde Hearth family after 28 years in Orlando, bringing a wealth of food service experience, including a long career with PepsiCo. He's excited to hit the road, connect with local chefs and restaurant managers, and share what makes our freshly baked, preservative-free artisan bread so special.

On a personal note, Hakan loves the entire bakery lineup, though he did mention our cookies first!

Big congrats to our friends at Eggdose on their brand-new spot in Winter Garden at 12615 W Colonial Dr. We’re already fans of the original at Orlando’s The Yard at Ivanhoe.

Look at those luscious breakfast sandwiches – and on our fresh and fluffy brioche buns!

The Maple Dose: A sweet & savory dream built on a French toast bun with powdered sugar, thick-cut bacon, soft scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and maple syrup on the side.

The Scrambled Sandwich: Soft-scrambled eggs, protein (we chose ham), cheddar cheese, Eggdose sauce, chives, and an avocado upgrade.

The Turkey Sandwich: The perfect lunch option with a cage-free fried egg, seared turkey breast, spinach, avocado, feta cheese, confit tomato, cilantro aioli, and chives.

We bake hamburger buns and sandwich bread for hundreds of Orlando-area restaurants, but on Saturday, we get to be bread pudding!

Bowigens B**r Company in Casselberry is kicking off Bowtoberfest with b**r releases and food specials – including bread pudding made with our Cuban bread, bananas, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Each special menu item incorporates Bowigens b**r in the recipe, bringing a little craft b**r flavor to every bite.

Our sourdough starter goes back 30+ years now, created with crushed grapes in California’s Sonoma Valley. We use that sourdough for everything from dinner rolls and bagels to large-format loaves available only for restaurants.
