Over at Framework Craft Coffee House in Mills 50, our bagels and ciabatta are the foundation for some killer breakfast and lunch sandwiches - and we’re all for it!

The What the HEC stacks Black Forest ham, egg and smoked gouda cheese on our sourdough everything bagel. The Mall Cop fills our ciabatta with turkey bacon, egg, cheddar and garlic herb aioli.

Add a cup of Framework coffee, and you’ve got breakfast (or lunch) pretty well figured out. New new fall menu coming soon!

The custom glass just went up in front of our pastry and cookie station at Rye Row. Every little step brings us closer to opening our brand-new retail shop in the Ivanhoe Row neighborhood.

Fair warning: this means there is now one small obstacle between you and the baked goods … because we have a feeling some of you are going to want to grab everything you see!

Our incredible packaging team - Laura, Joanna, Manuel and Cristian – seal up each loaf of fresh-baked bread to maintain perfect quality before we send truckloads out to hundreds of local restaurants and, yes, our favorite farmers markets.

The smell of fresh sourdough (and more) is on the horizon!

Take a peek at our just-installed, custom-built wooden rack inside Rye Row, our soon-to-open bake shop in the Ivanhoe Village neighborhood. It’s sitting empty now, but soon, will be stacked with sourdough and rye and baguettes and sandwich bread and more. (The cookies and pastries will be there too. We promise!)

We are putting the finishing touches on Rye Row, so keep and eye out for our official opening date announcement soon.

A great sandwich is a team effort, and our fresh-baked ciabatta is the perfect match for the grilled veggies and mozzarella in the Vegetable Sorrentino Panino at Trattoria del Porto inside Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort.

Inside our grilled ciabatta, they stack eggplant, zucchini, squash, red pepper, basil, sun-dried tomato spread, and mozzarella! It's so hearty, you might not even notice it's 100% vegetarian.

This deliciousness is all part of the Flavor by Loews Hotels program at Universal Orlando. The program pairs local food artisans with the resorts to bring regional tastes directly into the restaurants. Cheers to Loews Hotels for the epic panino pic!

Premium beef deserves premium buns! Jay Lucy's is now open in Mills 50 with grass-fed steakhouse-style burgers - and an assist from our fresh-baked brioche bun.

We went for the cheeseburger double with pickles, onions, and house sauce (Dijon mustard, mayo, miso, lemon, and some secrets). Alongside? Tallow fries and a cookies and cream milkshake!

A big thanks to Jay Lucy’s for selecting our locally baked, preservative-free bun as the perfect match for that beautiful burger. It’s a huge honor that so many incredible Orlando restaurants choose our buns and bread to complete their menus.
