Our new creation is a high protein rotisserie chicken egg salad smash with bacon, whipped cottage cheese for a better texture, a little chipotle for taste(no heat), spinach, onions and sun dried and cherry tomatoes. This packs over 80 grams of protein per sandwich. I am experimenting with a ceasar egg chicken smash as well. I had my high schoolers sample and they liked it 🥰. If the kiddos like it, it’s tasty.

Please help us take care of those who sacrificed so we could keep our freedoms this year. We will have a food drop off box at our location. If you feel inclined please drop off a can or two. It would mean a lot to those who need it this season.

Wyoming Hero Outdoors thanks Olde World Heritage Bagels by Sweet Shenanigans for being a drop-off spot for the veterans holiday food drive. Walking in this morning felt like stepping into a family kitchen. The place was full, and everybody was just talking bagels. Someone swore by the blueberry cream cheese filled ones. Others couldn't stop about the muffins. For me it is an everything bagel, toasted dark, with egg, bacon, cheese, and that bacon sauce. One bite and you understand why this shop matters. Carolyn and her crew are feeding Casper the right way, and they are helping us feed our veterans too. That is the kind of neighbor we are lucky to have.

Today’s creation, Bruschetta and goat cheese on a toasted bagel. I’m trying to add more vegetarian and fresh options. Bruschetta has, tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic, balsamic and red w**e vinegar.
