Bill & Emily are getting hitched...FINALLY! 💒

We’re SUPER thrilled that you guys have been with us through an ARRAY of life events and it’s time to add ANOTHER ONE!! 👰🤵‍♂️

With that, we will have some slight changes to our operations here in two weeks and we want to let YOU know ahead of time.

Starting Tuesday March 17th and through Saturday March 28th, we will be open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, as we want to make sure operations are manageable for our small staff.

During those two weeks, unfortunately, we will not have any of our sourdough breads as Bill will not be here to make and bake the bread.

One more change is our lunch menu offerings; we will only be offering grab n’ go lunch those two weeks that will include sandwiches, salads and wraps (YES, salads and wraps are making a comeback!! 😋)

Help us in saying Happy Birthday to our oldest who is officially two today!! She knows her ABCs, can count to ten and is starting to string together multiple words to form phrases!!

A big girl growing right before our eyes!! And don’t mind as Bill is VERY patiently teaching her to bake a cake for her birthday!! 😂

A simple stock goes a LONG way!! 🧅

Here is our vegetable stock. The base for all of our vegetarian soups and sauce. Leeks, yellow onions and celery are hand-chopped and simmered in water overnight for about 12-14 hours.

Then we’ll strain through a fine mesh, cool down properly in an ice bath then freeze until later use!!

Simple. Refreshing. PERFECT!
