Our Story

Sweet Norma Jean's is a Special order bakery and is owned by Crystal Plummer. Sweet Norma Jean's Bake Shoppe is named after Norma McElwee, my Grandmother. Grandma has always enjoyed sharing her baking talents with her friends and loved ones. She is best known for her pies and cinnamon rolls but quite honestly, everything that she makes is wonderful! Grandma’s dream was always to have her own baking business and it is my honor to be able to share this experience with her. Many of the recipes used are her own and she loves to come and help out when she can. I hope that you enjoy our baked goods with your friends and family. Thank you for choosing Sweet Norma Jean’s.
