Today marks 3 years of being open… 1,095 days of early mornings, long nights, laughter, learning, growth, and more gratitude than I could ever put into words. Honestly, I can hardly believe it. 🤍

From our tiny little space to the bigger bakery we now call home, you all have supported us every single step of the way. Every coffee, pastry, loaf of bread, custom cake, kind word, and smiling face has helped build this dream into something bigger than we ever imagined.

We’ve had the honor of being part of so many special moments — weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, gender reveals, celebrations, and everyday moments that somehow became memories. That feeling will never be lost on us.

I am beyond thankful for every customer — those who have supported us from day one, those who just found us, and those we haven’t met yet. Your support means everything to our family and this little bakery.

I can’t wait to see what God has planned for the years ahead. We truly love this community, this bakery, and the beautiful life we’ve built here in Cascade. Thank you for making these last 3 years so incredibly special. 🤍

For those in Valley county without power! Our lights are on and downtown is operational. We have hot drip coffee and pastries to go around.
If you want espresso there are also lots of option in Cascade for your coffee with extra perk!

Lunch? Hot potato soup with garlic and Parmesan bread sticks.

We’re back open after a much-needed two days off and the bakery cases are FULL again! 🥐🍓✨

Come treat yourself to fresh strawberry rhubarb pies, almond raspberry scones, cheesecake, tiramisu, gooey cinnamon rolls, and our croissants are officially back for summer! ☀️

Are the lines long at restaurants? We have fresh hot ham and cheese croissants (ran out at 9:30 and made more!) or ham and bean soup! Served in a bread bowl for$7.50. Last day for bread bowls before we switch to bread sticks.
