This beauty was SUCH a great cake, not because of the classic vintage style, but because of the FLAVOR picks! The top tier was a salted caramel
/chocolate flavor with a salted caramel filling, the middle tier was a coconut 🥥 vanilla flavor with coconut and key lime 🍋‍🟩 filling, and the bottom tier was a banana 🍌 sponge, with a banana custard filling. Pretty on the outside, delicious on the inside 😍

This cake was the star of the show in my little bakery this weekend 😍
Vanilla bean cake with a tart lemon 🍋 curd filling made a delicious flavor combo 🤤 then cute little bows and tiny cowboy hats brought the whole thing together and I just loved it!

Good Friday morning friends! Just doing a little bit of market research over here…
La Dolce Vita will be hitting the local markets within the next couple of months and I need your input! I will be offering a variety of treats, but I’d also like to keep it simple for obvious reasons….
So let’s talk about flavors… if you could only have three macaron flavors to choose from… what would you like them to be?
And if you could choose from three stuffed cookie options, what would those be? (I’ll include a graphic in the comments for reference.)
And options? Cake pops? Mini cake tins? Decorated sugar cookies?
And please feel free to drop any other suggestions in the comments for treats you’d love to be able to grab at a farmers market or porch pop up!

Side note… have y’all seen those cake sandwiches yet? 👀
