For National Boss’s Day, we’re celebrating Hanadi and the story behind the place we’re so proud to share with our community. 🩵🍰

It all started with a dream Hanadi and her husband, Jamaal, shared as NC State University students. Inspired by their love of pastries and treasured Mediterranean family recipes, they began baking for friends and family, and in 2001, Asali was born.

Today, that family dream lives on in every scratch-made dessert we create, every cup of coffee we pour, and every guest we welcome. ☕

Happy National Boss’s Day, Hanadi. We’re grateful for the heart, vision, and hospitality you bring to Asali and our community every day.

Our Halloween High Tea brings a little spooky-season magic to the table with spiderweb teapots, skeleton details, and charming touches.

Sip a selection of hot teas alongside sandwiches, labna spread, olive palmiers, and an assortment of delicious desserts.
