In 2017, Annelore’s German Bakery opened its flagship 3,600-square-foot bakery, inspired by traditional Munich and Viennese coffee houses and konditoreien (pastry shops), right in the heart of downtown Cary. We’re trying out a German Pumpkin Cheesecake today! It has all the qualities of your classic German Käsekuchen, just with some extra fall pizazz ✨

The time is upon us…Oktoberfest season is here! 🍻
Next weekend is the Triangle Oktoberfest in Cary. Of course we will be there, serving up delicious goodies! But don’t forget you can also have your own party at home - our pretzels are perfectly suited for such an occasion 🥨 Like everything else in the bakery, they’re made completely from scratch and hand-twisted. Just don’t ask us how many we have to do in preparation for Oktoberfest…

We make this true to the bosslady’s German recipe book. Not super sweet, a bit crumbly, and, of course, boozy. This is a German cake if you’ve ever seen one. If you’re ever curious, check in to see if we have our sheet cake in the case! Or order this cake for your upcoming event!
