So update on the thumb…there’s not much. I couldn’t get stitches because I literally chopped the whole pad off my finger. So we’re just waiting for it to heal now. The only thing working in my favor there isn’t much pain. But I’ll be back to making baked goods soon, one handed but I can’t give up. I’ve already been back in the kitchen with the mandolin in time out for now. I made homemade sourdough tortillas and boy were they good but I definitely got a good one arm work out kneading the dough 😉😂

Well ill be out of commission for a while! Mandolin got the best of me, I have no meat left on my thumb 😭😂

Another batch of sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies are baked, 2 more loaves of cheddar jalapeno chillin’ in the fridge and a batch of discard double chocolate cookies coming up!! Busy morning, but getting it done 💪🏼 thank you for your purchase 🥰🥰 we’re feeling the love!
