With much consideration and a lot of customer calls and responses. I will continue to take SOME orders . But a limited amount so get on my calendar as early as possible when needing a cake. Im not crazy .. lol

I have loved what I have done for years . But now is the time to completely Retire from baking for the Public. Thank you to all who have been loyal customers through the years . But I am done . So goodbye Happy Cakes. Just keeping my page for the good memories and pics. I will have a lot of pans and things for sale soon.

What to do when you get up and it’s pouring down rain.. hmmm I think I will bake for a brunch .. all from scratch. Blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cathead buttermilk biscuits., my sweet hens ..scrambled eggs and Beasleys Sausage. … so much I decide to invite the missionaries for a brunch/ breakfast.. I think we all ate to much and missionaries took home a goodie bag…
