I will post content when I make it. Because honestly, that’s lowkey what got me to fall in love with making sourdough in the first place.

Today I officially said goodbye to With Loaf, Sourdough.
I built a breampire (bread empire, get it?), started a little sourdough revolution here in Carson, and sold out every single time I opened orders.

I can’t even put into words how much I loved my tiny micro bakery. It brought me peace on my hardest days and taught me a level of calm and patience I didn’t know I deserved. I’m deeply, emotionally attached to it, but right now I don’t have the time this journey deserves.

I shared my starter with so many people, and I hope it continues to bloom here. There are so many incredibly talented bakers in this area, and there’s no shortage of good bread or good humans.

Maybe this is a see you later. Who knows what the future holds.
But for now, this is a big hug, a big I’ll miss you, and an official goodbye to the business that sparked all these wild dreams and proved to me that I really do have what it takes.

Thank you for every order.
Thank you for every ounce of love.
I’ll miss it, and all of you.
