Simple Elegance- The Ultimate in Cakes The Ultimate in Cakes- Specializing in Custom Flower Paste I began decorating cakes as a hobby 15 years ago.

I found that baking and decorating cakes would not only bring me pleasure, but would also bring pleasure to others. I have studied with well-known cake artists - Nicholas Lodge from Atlanta and Earlene Moore from Lubbock. I have also studied via videos and printed materials with Margaret Ford, Pat Ashby, Lesley Herbert, Alan Dunn and others from the United Kingdom's best. I am a current member of the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES).
