ANNOUNCEMENT:

Nub-it Specialty Desserts is temporarily closed to all orders.

As some may know, we have the opportunity to begin traveling, therefore I will be putting my baking on pause for a bit.

Once my "baking sabbatical" is ended, I'll post here to let you know when I plan to start taking orders again.

I'd like to thank you all for your love and support over the last few years. I hope to learn more and offer you more delicious treats in the future.

It was my first time creating a cake for a friend using only fresh fruits. Washing, drying, and slicing those fruits took forever, but when I witnessed her reaction, it was all worth it! Nub-it! 💖

I used watermelon as the base, then added raspberry as the first layer, blackberry as the second layer, and strawberry (shaped like a tulip) as the top layer and mango accent. All of these are her favorite fruits! 😍

Mille Crepe Cakes

Baking brings me so much comfort and joy, especially when it brings happiness to others. I was only baking for my friends and family but with the encouragement of my family, I have decided to share my passion with my community. For now, I will focus my passion on making Crispy Cream Puffs and Mille Crepe Cakes. These elegant cakes consist of layers of paper thin crepes, each separated with a brush of creamy filling (Durian, Mango, Matcha). The taste is very light and creamy--yet not too sweet. My Crispy Cream Puffs and Mille Crepe Cakes are freshly made to order using all natural ingredients--no artificial flavors or colors.
