Struttin In The Kitchen Sourdough and Other Baked Goods - Texas Cottage Food Kitchen We are a Texas Cottage Food bakery located in Little Elm, TX, USA.

We make breads, pretzels, bagels, english muffins, and rolls using wild yeast (sourdough) and/or commercial yeast. Orders can be placed using our website at any time with pick-up on Saturday or Sunday between 1 PM and 5 PM most weekends. "Market day" pick-up hours will be from 3 PM to 6 PM or can be pre-ordered for pick-up at the market location.

Finally made my Ruben sandwich with my sourdough rye bread. OMG it'sc so good! Last week did a 20% rye. It was good, but lacked something. This week I went with 25% rye. Next week I'll try a 30% rye. But I think this 25% rye just may need the one. Hoping for no storms on Sunday so I can see you all at the Carrollton Artisans Market (6/22/26) during the new summer hours of 9 AM to 2 PM.

We will be setting up at Hilltown Post Office (101 Cottonwood Trail, Little Elm, TX 75068) at 1:30 PM today (6/14/26). We have sourdough breads (classic, jalapeño cheddar, rosemast roasted garlic, buttery croisant, and rye), sourdough cookies (chocolate chip and butterscotch oatmeal), blended cinnamon rolls and previously frozen sourdough bagels.

We're baking...We have two markets tomorrow. Carrollton Artisans Market 2722 N Josy Ln, Carrollton, TX 9 AM - 2 PM and Little Elm Farmers Market 125 Main St, Little Elm, TX 10 AM - 2 PM. Classic, jalapeño cheddar, buttery croissant, rosemary & roasted garlic, purple sweet potato, and rye (20%) sourdough breads and chocolate chip cookies, butterscotch oatmeal cookies, bagels, and cinnamon rolls sourdough treats are all on the menus for both markets.
