I’ve got some orders lined up, so now’s your chance to add yours!

Cottage White Loaf - Made with 100% organic unbleached all-purpose flour. Best for: soft texture, mild flavor, classic white bread. 

50/50 Country Blend Loaf - Made with half freshly milled hard white wheat flour and half organic unbleached all-purpose flour. Best for: balanced nutrition, soft texture, mild wheat flavor.

Fresh Milled Whole Wheat Loaf - Made with 100% freshly milled hard white wheat flour, ground just before baking to preserve the wheat’s natural nutrients, flavor, and aroma. Best for: whole-grain lovers, higher fiber, nutty flavor.

Hey hey, happy Friday!!

I haven’t been attending the local farmers market lately because heat advisorys and fresh bread don’t play well together 😆

Soooo…..tomorrow will be:

Fresh bread Saturday! 🍞

Fresh from the oven tomorrow afternoon, I’ll have a limited number of loaves available for pickup in Carrollton.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
