Folks: Just a reminder that Dr. G’s will be closed next week for kitchen renovations. I also hope you all realize what a great Executive Chef we will have in Michael Frederic. Chef Michael was named one of the top chefs in Louisiana in a group that included Leah Chase, John Besh and Paul Prudhomme.

Dr. G’s update:

We will be closed next week, June 8 through June 12, for renovations. We are having a new commercial hood and appliances installed in the restaurant kitchen. We are hopeful we can have Dr. G’s Bistro and Patio Cafe opened in late June or early July.
