While Kim is off teaching the kiddos and pretending to be responsible, Salty Shenanigans is taking over the lunch shift Mangia!
😎 Mark your calendars, Starting Sept. 8th, we’ll be serving lunch 11:30 AM–2:30 PM TUESDAY to FRIDAY, with a little Shenanigans-style twist.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to close Salty Shenanigans in the Truck.
I’m incredibly thankful for every customer, every order, every laugh, and every friendship this little truck brought into our lives. Your support has meant more than you know. 🥰
But this isn’t goodbye — it’s a new direction.
We’re taking a step back toward something we truly love: growing food🌱, baking, and creating yummy dishes! And while the truck may be parked, you’ll still be able to find some of your Salty Shenanigans favorites!
🥖 Our hummus and baked goods will be still be Bayside Coffee Co.
🥙 Our hummus will continue to be available at Piggly Wiggly Apalachicola and at Piggly Wiggly St George Island
🍽️ And we’ve got some cool things happening with Mangia that we’ll be sharing soon!
We’re excited for this next chapter and all the possibilities ahead.

Sometimes life reminds us that the people we love are what matter most.
This week, Salty Shenanigans in the Truck will be closed as we take time to honor and remember a very dear friend who passed away unexpectedly.
We won't be sharing additional details, but we appreciate your understanding, your patience, and your continued support. It truly means more than you know.
Take a moment this week to hug your people a little tighter. ❤️
