Probably one of my most favorite cakes I made this year and it was for one of my favorite girls’ birthday a couple months back 🥳 The design was made entirely out of buttercream!

I’ll be bringing a similar design in a mini sheet cake form next Wednesday for the Tales on the Trail event (see my previous posts for more information).

I’m still whipping together some macarons for the park so I can’t release the full flavors but this one is done: Dubai chocolate. Chocolate shells, chocolate frosting and the katafi pistachio mixture inside.

Also, if things go according to plan I should have a special guest at my table helping me out tonight 😊
