I’m still whipping together some macarons for the park so I can’t release the full flavors but this one is done: Dubai chocolate. Chocolate shells, chocolate frosting and the katafi pistachio mixture inside.

Also, if things go according to plan I should have a special guest at my table helping me out tonight 😊

Graduation season has been upon us and we had one in our house too - miss Cecilia graduated from Building Blocks concluding Ms Samarin’s long standing career.

As I was making custom graduation cake orders these past few weeks, Cilly requested one too. We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see what she learns next year!
