I believe a wedding cake shouldn’t just sit in a room; it should anchor it as a piece of living fine art. A few quick things about me:

Shelby was one of the very first wedding planners I ever worked with when starting Vici Design, so when she asked me to design her wedding cake for her beautiful June wedding to Oz at LionRock Farm, it was the easiest ‘yes’ ever.

Creating alongside a fellow industry friend is always such a gift. For their day, we designed this 4-tier piece featuring alternating hexagonal and round tiers, finished with delicate, creeping sugar vines.

The sweetest part? We also got to surprise Oz with his very own custom ice cream groom’s cake! 🍦✨

Shelby & Oz, thank you so much for your trust since the very beginning. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, joy, and so many more sweet moments!

Classic romance, reimagined for the city skyline.

For C+S’s beautiful celebration at Manhatta yesterday, we wanted to create a sculptural interpretation of the traditional wedding cake—one that could stand proudly against that breathtaking panoramic backdrop.

The design plays with striking contrasts: a deep, textured olive green architectural base meeting pristine, minimal white tiers. The entire piece is softened by a delicate, climbing cascade of our hand-sculptured gilded sugar roses.

A true celebration of high design and sweet moments. Congratulations to the new newlyweds, C+S! 🤍
