The most beautiful designs are those that feel inevitable, born from a story told with absolute intention.

When Jilian .events shared her vision for this day, my heart immediately went to our “Origami” design. The vision was clear: Classic meets Modern—an intentional story told through texture, tone, and a touch of the unexpected.

To honor the timeless elegance of the Belvedere Estate while introducing a twist, we felt this design was the perfect representation. It’s a silhouette that feels both avant-garde and enduring, elevated with delicate yellow sugar flowers meticulously crafted to mirror the day’s floral narrative.

The magic is always in the details—the moments where a couple’s story and a creative’s vision align. Truly sweet things happen when we come together with love, joy, and a shared purpose.

Take a closer look... do you see the sweet moments hiding in plain sight? 🔍✨

For a recent gathering at the Prince George Ballroom, we wanted to bring a truly unique moment to life—one that spoke to the incredible level of creativity of the wedding professionals at Passport Pro.

Instead of a traditional cake display, we lined the tables with our signature Cake Blooms. These hand-sculpted, flower-inspired cakes were tucked away in individual terrariums, designed to be discovered as a living part of the tablescape.

It was a joy to share a sweet moment that felt as intentional as the event itself. We believe cake should never be just a simple slice; it should be an experience, a conversation, and a beautiful surprise for your guests.

Design is most powerful when it tells the story of a soul. Introducing The Alma. ✨

Created in collaboration with the incredible Ananis of , this design was born from a desire to capture her vibrant spirit in sugar. In Spanish, Alma means soul, and there is no better word for this creation.

As Ananis so beautifully describes it:

“This cake is the essence of me: sunlit beaches, effortless elegance, and a spirit that cannot be tamed. Like dancing salsa barefoot along the shores of the Dominican Republic, it moves with a rhythm all its own: refined yet wild, vibrant yet grounded. Every layer, every detail, whispers my energy. She’s graceful in appearance but untamed at heart, a true reflection of my soul.”

To ground this untamed elegance and honor her roots, we featured the Bayahibe Rose—the national flower of the Dominican Republic. It is a reminder that even in a smaller 3-tier design, every detail matters and tells a monumental story.

Sharing this sweet moment with a fellow dreamer in this industry is a privilege unlike any other. Thank you, Ananis, for letting me translate your heart and heritage into a cake canvas.

A seat at the table—and a sweet moment on the stage. ✨

Last month, I had the incredible honor of having our cakes decorate the stage for the panel conversation at SOTWI. While it is always an honor to share my work, doing so in a space specifically curated to celebrate and elevate fellow wedding professionals is a privilege unlike any other.

It was a joy to showcase some of our favorite designs from The Collection alongside my personal favorite creation of 2025, Ile Flotante. Seeing these pieces stand among such brilliant speakers and dreamers was the perfect way to kick off the new year.

While we remain dedicated to our fully bespoke custom designs, I realized that many couples were searching for a creative starting point. The Collection is a series of curated canvases—intentional designs rooted in the same art and architecture-inspired philosophy we bring to all our work.

Available in 1, 2, and 3-tier sizes, these designs are curated to complement the atmosphere of a carefully planned space—whether it’s an intimate NYC gallery wedding, a quiet Hudson Valley estate dinner, or a curated Brooklyn loft celebration.
