KK's Cakes & Cookies

Dot Cakes and Strawberry Cookies went out this morning for the Ethel Precht Breast Cancer Walk! 🎀🍓🩷

Life may have thrown us one heck of a curveball this week, but the kitchen is still trucking! 💪💕 if you know me, you know it's gonna take a WHOLE LOT to slow this Baker down! 💪💗 Also, my tiny village of helpers who worked behind the scenes to keep me on schedule. 🙌

Earlier this week, I texted Kayla Gradney Powers, in my best Annelle from Steel Magnolias voice, assured her, “My personal tragedy will not interfere with my ability to do good hair!” 😂

Thank you, Cameron LNG, for continuing to trust KK's Cakes & Cookies to sweeten your special events!

Y’alllll, this cake has a STORY! 😂🎂🐾

Robin booked this cake back in MAY for October 3rd (closest weekend KK had available) , even though Talia’s 18th birthday wasn’t until the 9th. She planned to freeze it until the big day!

Last week, she texted that she was close to the house to pick up? I wasn't quite finished with it, and she said no worries. She would pick up Saturday and throw in the freezer. I told her that i could just hold it in my freezer until this weekend.

TODAY.... Robin picked up this LOVELY cake. >>>Fast forward to THIS EVENING. I get a text… THE DOG GOT INTO THE CAKE. 😱🐶🎂

Rubie is devastated.😭😭😭
Robbie is in the doghouse (figuratively).
Rico is in the doghouse (LITERALLY).
Robin would eat cake off the FLOOR. 🤣

And Talia? Well, she will NEVER forget her 18th birthday! 😂💀

You seriously cannot make this stuff up!!! 🤣
