Hello, everyone! ❤️ With sick season upon us, unfortunately, I’ve come down with something and will need to keep the bakery shed closed this weekend. Your health and safety are always my number one priority, and I want to do my part in keeping our community healthy! 🫶🏼

The good news is that Roots & Rises will be back open October 24th! 🥰 I’ll also be offering preorders so you can guarantee you get all your favorite goodies!

WHEW! September was a BUSY one! 🥹🍪

Just a little September recap… between 3 different events + opening the Roots & Rises Bakery Shed, we baked:

100+ sourdough loaves
300+ cookies
120+ cinnamon rolls
60+ other baked goodies

When I started Roots & Rises, I truly never imagined it would grow into what it is today. Watching this little dream continue to grow has been so incredibly special — and I’m so excited to see where it goes next. 🥹🤎

Miigwech to everyone who has ordered, stopped by the shed, visited me at an event, shared a post, told a friend, or simply continues to cheer me on. Your support means more than you know. 🫶🏼

Now… this one-baker show is taking a 2-week breather! Between some family events and an absolutely WILD September, I am taking a break!

But don’t worry — we’ll be back! 👀

🎃 October 10: Come find Roots & Rises at Boo at the Zoo at Lake Superior Zoo and the Bakery Shed will be open that day!
And since I’m already dreaming up the next menu… What items do you want to see??
