I'll be set up at 618 W. Pierce tomorrow with the following items:

- peanut butter chocolate chip cookies ($2)
- M&M cookie bars ($3)
- cookies & cream blondies ($3)
- caramel cookie bars ($3)
- oatmeal raisin cookies ($2)

Sometimes baking goes smoothly, and sometimes it's a flop. Who knows what happened but pictured here are beautiful peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and then their broken down cousin oatmeal raisin. I have no idea why they came out like this as I've made them many times before. Oh well, I'll try again.

Made my son's birthday cake this morning. This is a 3 layer vanilla cake with bavarian cream filling and whipped icing. This was my first attempt using this icing and I think it turned out well. His favorite color is purple so that's what he got, lol.

I completed my son's graduation cake and cupcakes for his party tonight. I'm not 100% happy with it but I've been pretty emotional and I am my own worst critic. It may not look perfect but it's definitely delicious. Sending strength to all the Mama's of graduates.

When you're prepping cookie dough and you ignore the little voice in your head telling you to use your industrial mixer, Big Betty. So, you have to slap on some gloves and mix by hand 💪. LOL. I'll never learn 🤣.
