Our Thanksgiving Online Orders are now available. Just go to www.pragerbrothers.com to place your online order.

Please double check the pick up date and the pick up time before you finish placing your online order. Also please pick up your order on the date and time selected. Thanksgiving is one of our busiest days of the year so it is very likely we won’t be able to accommodate last minute changes.

The Thanksgiving Menu will only be available for online orders to be picked up on November 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. The last day to place an online order for Thanksgiving is three days prior. So the last day to place an order will be Monday the 21st, which would be picked up on the 24th.

Just reminding you that some items will be in limited quantities, so we recommend placing your order early. All items except the pumpkin pie are also going to be available at our retail stores on a first come first serve basis.

One last detail, the online orders pick up is only available at our Carlsbad store. This year we will switch the car delivery to a walk-in pick up. We will use our new additional space located next door to our Carlsbad location for you to come in and receive your order. Please have your invoice ready either on your phone or printed in hand.

This simple video is a small fraction of a very exciting project we have going on.

Louie Prager shows the first crop of a non commodity wheat that will be harvested and sent to us, so we can mill it in house and start to use it.

It will mean healthier grains, healthier and tastier products, and our little part rethinking the food production in our country, it’s means, and it’s ends.

We will post more about it and share the information in a deeper way, but for now we are just sharing our excitement.

Thanks for your support, helping us to make things differently and with a bigger purpose.

Also big thanks to the Bread Lab for all their hard work and dedication.
