It is currently Cherry, Blueberry and Raspberry season, Yeah!!
We have all of those fruits available in puddings and pies.
Pennsylvania Dutch style pudding is a cake with fruits added to it. It is very close to a muffin texture and equally as pleasant to eat. Some people eat it warmed with sugar and milk added. I eat mine the way it is, nothing added.

The cake is a 2 layer angelfood- filled with a mixed berry jam- frosted with a fluffy cream cheese frosting- topped with fresh fruit and strawberry glaze- so good!!

🍑🥧 Locally grown Red Haven Peaches are outstanding this year! The season for Peaches is shorter than we would like, stop in while we have them.
Peach pies, cobblers, muffins and dumplings are currently available.

Roots Cut Flower Farm makes sure their bouquets are cut at the perfect time. The flowers will open to their full glory over the weekend when you're home and entertaining friends and family!

We offer fastnachts every Friday and Saturday year round. However, the official Fastnacht Day/Shrove Tuesday is March 1, 2022. We will be taking orders until 2pm, Saturday 2/26.

It is with great sadness that I write this post!
On Saturday, December 18 we received the news that the oldest Beeman sibling had passed away. Rachel was a wonderful, kind soul and will be greatly missed. She was 44 years old.
Our bakery staff consists of 3 immediate Beeman family members and 2 sisters, from another family, that we consider friends and family members as well. Unfortunately, the 2 sisters suffered the loss of a family member on Sunday.
We promise to do our best to keep our heads in the bakery. We have had a great outpouring of support and offers of help. If you come into the shop this week and see some unfamiliar faces behind the counter, please thank those family members and friends for stepping in to help us get through this season of grief and mourning.

We will be closing at noon tomorrow, the 21st, for the entire Beeman family to attend our aunt and uncle's 70th wedding anniversary celebration.
