Happy Saturday! I am in love with the scent of lavender coming off of these sweet little scones this morning. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
I do have an extra Rustic Sourdough and an extra sourdough olive this morning if anyone is interested. Breads will be delivered to Helena's Chocolate Cafe & Creperie shortly. Breads will be in the pickup cabinet around 10 and delivery starts shortly after. See everyone soon! ‼️

Well…there’s a whole lot of a bag of oats that fell on the bakery floor. Earlier today I spilled a 3 lb bag of sugar. Clearly, next week’s vacation can’t come soon enough!

It’s Market on Market day and what a perfect day to stroll through the farmers market!
We’ve got all of the usual customer favorites and a few specialties today…Sourdough Olive Boule (one of my favorites!) and Apple Cranberry Bread Pudding as well as some seasonal scones and some savory Fougasse. Come on out between 3-7. We’ll hope to see you there!

Happy Monday! I hope everyone enjoyed the gorgeous weekend. We had a wonderful visit with family and it was the perfect weekend for lots of backyard work, play, and fire pits!
This week will be the last week for bread until the week of June 15th as we will be going on vacation, so you definitely want to get your orders in this weekend! There are lots of goodies and I’m particularly fond of the Blueberry Lavender scones with candied lavender.
Breads will be at Market on Market in Camp Hill on Tuesday from 3-7. Breads will be delivered to People's Provisions on Wednesday and Friday. Fresh loaves will be at Helena's Chocolate Cafe & Creperie on Saturday morning. And, as always, you can order for Carlisle pickup and free borough delivery on Saturday morning.

Happy Saturday! It’s a gorgeous morning to be baking for all of you. I am particularly loving the sweet and savory combinations that are happening today…between the Strawberry Vanilla scones, the Loaded Baked Potato Focaccia and the Sourdough Cinnamon Swirl it is heavenly on here! And the good news is, I have an extra loaf of Cinnamon Raisin Swirl and and extra Rustic Sourdough. If you missed your order this week and would like one of these tasty loaves, please let me know.
Breads will arrive at Helena's Chocolate Cafe & Creperie a little later this morning. Orders for pickup will be in the cabinet around 10 and delivery will start shortly after. See everyone soon!

Happy Monday and Memorial Day! I hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend (rainy and dreary as it is.)
I am really looking forward to this week’s bakes because I got my hands on the first local strawberries of the season! This week we will feature everyone’s favorite Strawberries and Cream scones. And, if you’re headed to Market on Market tomorrow, I will have some special strawberry treats not on the regular menu (think Strawberry Swirl Brioche…maybe some Strawberry Ricotta Morning Buns…you’ll have to come out to market and see!)
We also have another fan favorite coming back this week-Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. I don’t make this one super often, so make sure you don’t miss your chance this week!

Happy Saturday! It’s awfully dreary out there, but it’s warm and cozy here in the bakery. These are the kind of days that sometimes make me wish I had a brick and mortar shop so I could invite all of you in to be comforted by the steamy windows and the amazing smells coming off of these breads!
For now, you can enjoy getting your bread delivered to you on this rainy morning instead. I do have a few extra baguettes this morning if anyone is interested. If you give me enough notice, I can even add you to the delivery list!

It is TOO hot to think about cooking today! (It’s almost too hot to think about baking today 🌞😉)
Why not stop by Market on Market in Camp Hill? You can pick up a great variety of focaccia, both sweet AND savory Fougasse (we are bringing strawberry rhubarb and ramp pesto with fresh mozzarella!) or just grab a loaf of bread to round a big salad and don’t worry about turning on your stove or oven!
