Hi friends! 🌸

I’m so excited to share that I’m working on opening a little bread & flower stand this spring! This has been a dream growing in my heart for a while now, and I can’t wait to bring it to life!

A little about me, I’m a mama of three who absolutely loves baking. Most would call me crunchy aside from my Dr Pepper addiction and if I could make everything from scratch I would. (We are getting pretty close. 😅) There’s just something so cozy about baking homemade goodies and sharing those with others.

I also love flowers and have always dreamed of a flower farm stand. The kids and I started that last summer and it was so fun to share our flowers with the community. I did my own wedding flowers, and ever since then I’ve been hooked on growing and cutting my own blooms. There’s just something so beautiful about a fresh bouquet on the table.

This little stand will be a mix of both worlds: fresh homemade bread, baked goodies, and seasonal cut flowers. A small, simple place rooted in love.

I like to joke that I’m a “wannabe homesteader,” but truly, I just love the idea of living simply, making things with my hands, and sharing what I create. A little homesteader in the middle of town. And I can’t think of a better place to start than this community. Thank you for being here as this dream begins to unfold. 🌸🤍🥖

You guys I’m gonna be completely honest. I had intentions of coming home and making cinnamon rolls for half the night because I sold completely out of all but one regular cinnamon roll last night.

And instead I snuggled this sweet girl who wanted her mom and got some sleep. I feel bad I won’t have more today but I will still have delicious cake cups and cookies!! And just look at this cute little face - how could I have said no?! 🫶🏼

At 1917 for another hour! The menu for tonight in order:

Apple Pie
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Blueberry Muffin
German Chocolate
“Young at Heart” - a birthday cake, Oreo & m&m combo
And chocolate chip!

Also have only 1 tray of butter pecan rolls and 4 of regular cinnamon rolls left. I’ll be back tomorrow 10-5 with anything leftover and even more goodies of a different assortment! 💗

Also out today was this beautiful pumpkin roll along with a pack of cinnamon rolls for The Brick Farmhouse School fundraiser tonight. These pumpkin rolls are available to be picked up day before Thanksgiving for $22 and serve 8-12!

Birthday cake that went out today. This has chocolate cake with chocolate icing on the inside, all completely homemade, and so so delicious. Also a moment for these bows 🎀🙌🏼

I do not like coconut at all, but the way I would devour this German chocolate pound cake…. 🤤

Sometimes the best cakes aren’t covered in buttercream and aren’t meant to be “pretty”. This one is messy and will need cleaned up before going into the box for pickup, but that’s what makes it so delicious and memorable!

Editing to add: I will no longer be at Brave Days this weekend unfortunately! I got behind on studying and ran out of time to devote to baking. I’m so sorry!!!

I’ve been on a little hiatus lately because I have an actuarial exam on October 27. I’ve still been getting some baking done behind the scenes! This weekend, I had the privilege of baking cake pops for the most beautiful bridal shower, making a smash cake for the cutest little one year old’s birthday party, baking a cookie cake for a fundraiser for one of the Sheriff candidates, and making 40 cinnamon rolls for a church! Thank you to every single person who trusts me to be a part of their celebrations!

I won’t be taking any more orders for this month due to my exam. See the comments if you want to see why I’m losing my mind lol. Wish me luck 🥲

I slacked on pictures this weekend but here are a couple that I captured! Definitely more rushed photos than usual but hey, that’s life lol 🤷🏻‍♀️
