Peach Cobbler Cinnabites 🍑🍩

Craving a sweet treat that combines the warm, comforting flavors of peach cobbler with the irresistible taste of cinnamon rolls? These Peach Cobbler Cinnabites are perfect bite-sized morsels of indulgence. They’re perfect for breakfast, dessert, or just a sweet snack!

Ingredients:
For the Cinnabites:

1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
1 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Peach Cobbler Sauce:

1 cup canned peaches, chopped
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Icing:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Peach Cobbler Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine the chopped peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy (about 5-7 minutes). Set aside to cool.
3. Prepare the Cinnabites:
Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls.
Flatten each roll slightly and place a small spoonful of the peach cobbler sauce in the center of each roll.
Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each Cinnabite with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
4. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Prepare the Icing:
While the Cinnabites are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the milk amount to reach your desired icing consistency.
6. Drizzle and Serve:
Once the Cinnabites are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Drizzle the icing over the warm Cinnabites before serving.
Enjoy these Peach Cobbler Cinnabites as a delightful treat that blends the flavors of peach cobbler with the gooey goodness of cinnamon rolls. They’re sure to be a hit with anyone who tries them! 🍑🍩
