I DID IT YALL! Pastry school is officially over! It has been some of the best and hardest weeks I’ve had to experience! This last year has gone by so quick but also so slow at the same time. Thank you to everybody who has helped me, supported me, and who has encouraged me along the way! 💕
So with the end of pastry school I cannot wait to offer you guys some incredible new baked treats and new flavors! 💕

Just doing a little updating of the menus! Still the same delicious cake and treats! There are some price differences. For those who have an order placed already you will NOT be charged the updated prices, but the pervious ones before the update! And if there is ever anything on the menus you don’t see, let me know and I can definitely work something for you! Questions, comments, or want to place an order, let me know! The Mini Polkadot Baker had the idea to surprise her best friend with her dream birthday cake! She did almost all of the work, with some supervision, and made the cake, and decorated it all by herself! It was the best surprise and reaction!

Merry Christmas everybody!
For the last 3 years I have worked Christmas and I have also brought some of my work crew some treats over the years. (It’s always nice to keep the important people fed for when you desperately need help at work!) So this year for my Security and Maintenance friends at the hospital, I got to try out my Homemade Hot Chocolate Cake!

Today is the day!! Everybody come out to Sparta’s Hometown Christmas vendor fair at City Hall Parking Lot from 11-4! Mollie and I (with the amazing, generous help of our family) have worked so hard to bring you AND your furry friends some delicious holiday treats today! Hope to see everybody there!

It’s not everyday you get asked to make one of your bestfriend’s wedding cake! It was an honor to be able to make Mr. & Mrs. Dorsey their wedding cake and cupcakes and have a part of their special day! It was beautiful there and (I cried!) Wishing the happy couple a forever full of love and happiness! ❤️
