Today, our hearts are heavy as we remember a very special member of the Avalon Coffee Cape May community, Max. 🐾
For years, Max and his dad (Pat & Max) have been part of our daily rhythm—sitting out front, greeting familiar faces, and bringing a little extra joy to everyone who passed by. Max wasn’t just a dog; he was family, and truly, our unofficial mascot.
We’ll never forget how he’d bark the moment he came in, letting us know he was ready for his treat—and how we’d always drop everything to make sure he didn’t wait too long. Those little moments became something we all looked forward to each day.
Max touched so many lives—our team and our customers alike—and his presence made our space feel warmer, friendlier, and more like home.
Pat, we are so deeply sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing Max with us and allowing us to be part of his life.
We hope the treats are just as soft in heaven, Max. You will be truly missed and always remembered. ❤️
