We passed our fire and buildings final. Our last inspection is officially scheduled, and we are one step closer to rolling out the freshest, warmest pretzels in town.

We have no real opening updates other than going through permit review.
BUT....WE WANT TO ENGAGE WITH YOU, OUR FOLLOWERS AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS!

Friday update:

Well.... we're waiting on a permit and a couple of inspections.
While we're hopeful that this will occur very soon, we don't want to speculate or give any specific dates.
We continuously receive uplifting messages and we're very grateful. Those that know Philly Pretzel know what's coming!
Those that don't are in for a real treat!
Stay tuned as we will be posting some great giveaways!

Philly fans, we are so close! Our ovens are ready, but we are currently waiting on our final paperwork and city inspections before we can officially open our doors. Because permit timelines can shift, we have to push back our original opening date. We are working hard to get everything finalized. We will post our official new opening date right here the second the inspectors give us the green light. Thank you all for your incredible patience and support! 💚💛

Friday update:

NO OFFICIAL OPENING DATE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED
We're creeping ever so closer.
(We know you've heard that before but we're approaching the finish line)

We've received and have taken inventory of our product.
Interior details are taking shape.
Menu boards have been set up.
Now all we'll need is the great SW Florida community to experience the freshest great tasting Philly Soft Pretzel along with the numerous other tasty items on our menu.
We are truly touched and amazed by the overwhelming support and interest in our business and look forward to meeting and speaking with everyone.

Here is a Friday update:

We are nearing construction completion!
Staff hired!
Counters in!
Equipment in!
Display case in!
Menu boards in!
Storage ready for product!
Prep and product tables ready!
Just some final fishing touches, product delivery and inspections and we'll be ready to serve the freshest and best pretzels in SW Florida!
We can't wait to meet each and everyone who has been patiently waiting and supporting us through this project.
Stay tuned for our opening and Grand opening date!
