We had some left over home brewed beer at the bottom of the Pinter keg. What better than to make a stout beer, caramelized onion, and sharp white cheddar loaf. Must say it is very unique and delicious.

When you want bagels but need protein you whip up sourdough protein bagels. Much better and cheaper than store bought!

Last weekend was extremely challenging for the little bread oven. Almost shut the door and threw in the towel. 3 frisbees baked, a slightly deflated broken heart, and some tears. However, I did not let it get me. Dusted the flour off and tried again. A new flour type and this beauty was born. I guess we will live to bake another day. You aren't going to beat me. ❤️

I was asked for a cinnamon raisin loaf. This is a keeper and will appear as a new menu item.

I realized I have gotten behind on the creations from the ugly bread oven. Last week we had pizza (as you can see it made enough for an army) and experimented with an Italian herbs a cheese. Italian herbs, mozzarella inside, and Romano sprinkles on the top. I will add a little garlic next time. This one will be added to the menu. It's a winner.
