✨Another week ahead, another bakery lineup.

Also starting next week, I’ll be switching to my summer baking schedule with Friday pickups only. With my son out of school for the summer, one pickup day makes for a more manageable baking schedule and a little more family time.

This week’s menu:

🌾Sun-dried Tomato Asiago Sourdough Bread — A savory sourdough loaf made with marinated sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and rosemary flavored asiago, and a fragrant Italian herb blend throughout the loaf. A customer favorite that never stays off the menu for long.

🌾Seeded Sourdough Bread — A hearty sourdough loaf made with sunflower, pumpkin, and black sesame seeds, and topped with white sesame for a nutty flavor and satisfying crunch. An easy everyday loaf that goes with just about anything.

🌾Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies — Made with a combination of fresh milled soft wheat and barley for a tender chewy texture, with rich brown butter adding deep nutty flavor throughout.

Also starting next week, I’ll be switching to my summer baking schedule with Friday pickups only. With my son out of school for the summer, one pickup day makes for a more manageable baking schedule and a little more family time.

🌾PARMESAN CRACKED BLACK PEPPER SOURDOUGH BREAD — finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano and freshly cracked black pepper. The fine flecks of cheese disappear into the crumb during baking, creating a savory, nutty flavor with a noticeable peppery bite.

🌾HONEY MOLASSES SOURDOUGH BREAD — honey and blackstrap molasses with a touch of cocoa powder for depth and color rather than sweetness, giving the loaf a dark crumb and a rich, malty flavor that works just as well in a simple sandwich, grilled cheese, or alongside a bowl of soup.

Simple on paper, complex in flavor✨ This week’s breads keep the ingredient list simple, but the flavor is anything but simple.

The Parmesan Cracked Black Pepper loaf takes inspiration from those simple Italian pasta dishes that rely on just a few really good ingredients. Parmigiano Reggiano melted into the crumb for savory richness, with cracked black pepper bringing a lingering warm bite throughout. Perfect with soup, Italian meats, or turned into an incredible grilled cheese.

The Honey Molasses loaf brings warm, deep flavor with malt-like sweetness from wildflower honey and blackstrap molasses. It works just as well as an everyday loaf for toast and sandwiches as it does alongside anything salty or savory.
