✨Another week ahead, another bakery lineup.
Also starting next week, I’ll be switching to my summer baking schedule with Friday pickups only. With my son out of school for the summer, one pickup day makes for a more manageable baking schedule and a little more family time.
This week’s menu:
🌾Sun-dried Tomato Asiago Sourdough Bread — A savory sourdough loaf made with marinated sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and rosemary flavored asiago, and a fragrant Italian herb blend throughout the loaf. A customer favorite that never stays off the menu for long.
🌾Seeded Sourdough Bread — A hearty sourdough loaf made with sunflower, pumpkin, and black sesame seeds, and topped with white sesame for a nutty flavor and satisfying crunch. An easy everyday loaf that goes with just about anything.
🌾Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies — Made with a combination of fresh milled soft wheat and barley for a tender chewy texture, with rich brown butter adding deep nutty flavor throughout.
