My specialty is buttercream. Smooth to look like fondant. All of my cakes are buttercream frosting. Some of my cakes have fondant accents but none are covered in fondant. I am not a fondant fan although I think fondant makes a cake beautiful. That is why I have tried to per-fect my buttercream smoothing to have the looks of fondant.

Hugs to all of my brides this weekend that have altered plans or dates. My heart is broken for you because I know your heart was set on these dates with all of planning, anticipation, & excitement but in the end, know that you have a wealth of support from your vendors & venues, family & friends & you will marry your best friend & we will have CAKE!
