JB's Cakery & Confections Custom creations for all occasions. My specialty is buttercream. Smooth to look like fondant. All of my cakes are buttercream frosting.

Some of my cakes have fondant accents but none are covered in fondant. I am not a fondant fan although I think fondant makes a cake beautiful. That is why I have tried to per-fect my buttercream smoothing to have the looks of fondant.
