Nantucket candy is named for my favorite island off of Cape Cod, Massachusetts where they are known for their cranberries. Each delicious piece is filled with a special caramel, cranberry mixture atop a toasted pecan half then covered in a luscious mix of the finest dark and milk chocolate with a sprinkling of sea salt on top.
