My cheesecakes aren’t 110% what I want them to be yet. The taste is! But the look… still working on how to not get them to crack even a little bit when I add toppings to them before baking.
Anyhow:
This means I’ll keep making cheesecakes! 🙌🏻😆
Below I have:
1. 8” white chocolate raspberry cheesecake ($45) - contains a graham cracker crust, a delicate layer of fresh tart raspberry jam, with white chocolate & freeze dried raspberries sprinkled throughout a creamy silky cheesecake filling.
Serves 10-12 if you slice it like my grandmother. If you slice it like we did as kids, it’ll serve 8. 😎
2. A 6” strawberry shortcake cheesecake ($30) -
Contains a shortbread cookie crust with delicate layer of fresh strawberry jam. The creamy cheesecake center is marbled with more fresh jam & shortbread cookies. Best topped with fresh strawberries & whipped cream.

Hey everyone! Next Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, I will be set up at the Canton fall festival which is going to be on the Square around the courthouse right in downtown Canton. I’m going to be bringing about 2500 cookies! I’m going to bring at least 12 - 14 different types of cookies, both regular and gourmet. I will also have pie slices available!
It’s going to be an amazing weekend, and I’ve missed getting to see all of you in person. Please come out to visit me and support downtown and all of the vendors who will be there.

Y’all are amazing! Huge feedback from the test cookie poll! Thank you! I have so much more fun deciding what to do when y’all are a very active part of that. So: Double chocolate hot fudge won by a landslide! Closely followed by the fluffernutter & Maple bacon. Those are definitely my top 3 to test next. There was also a renewed interest & requests for the Nutella cookie. I’ll definitely bring that back! It’s just not on my test list because I’ve already made that one! Nothing left to test - Just to enjoy ☺️ Caramel cheesecake was the definite winner of this last test round. 👇🏻👇🏻 this Beauty showed off! Stay tuned for future flavors to start popping up. ** The ball is finally rolling on the bakery! We’ve been patiently/impatiently waiting for funding to go through, and I’m happy to say that we’re now seeing movement.
