UPDATE: I’d like to take this opportunity to announce that I have sold the Chill Factory to the new owners of LaSalle Market as of March of this year. As much as I was looking forward to opening my cool ice cream concept, my cupcake stores and expansions are unfortunately taking up too much of my time and it just wasn’t possible to add one more venture. I’m sorry for any disappointment but just wanted to clarify that LaSalle Market is now the owner and I am not affiliated with it in any way. Thank you, Deanna

GREAT NEWS!! 🎉 When we open (fingers crossed 🤞 soon) we will be open 7 days a week til 9 PM! We are working like crazy to bring you an awesome Ice Cream 🍦 experience. Collinsville is one of the COOLEST towns in the country and we are soooo excited to be a part of this amazing community. Stay tuned!!!

The “Coolest” Place in Town” will feature fun and delicious ice cream, milkshakes, frozen drinks, smoothies, cannolis, candy and Cake Gypsy cupcakes! 🧁 We are working as fast as we can to hopefully have it open by the 3rd week of July.
