It’s been quiet here on the feed… but so full behind the scenes 🤍

We’ve welcomed so many new faces lately—hi and thank you for being here! Your support truly means the world to us.

With the support of so many kind and loyal customers, we’ve realized it’s time for a small change. We’re currently working on setting up a cozy little farm stand at our home, and moving toward a more simple pick-up schedule.

Instead of made-to-order loaves throughout the week, we’ll be baking fresh for one dedicated day—creating a routine that allows us to serve you well while also caring for our crazy family and home.

A classic, done right. Our plain bagel is naturally fermented for depth of flavor, boiled for that signature chew, and baked until golden with a crisp crust and tender interior. Perfect on its own or toasted with butter or cream cheese.

Topped generously with our house everything blend—sesame, poppy, garlic, onion, and sea salt—this bagel is savory, aromatic, and deeply satisfying with every bite.

Each loaf is wrapped simply and tied by hand — not for decoration, but to keep the bread secure and fresh as it leaves my kitchen. From oven to table, every detail is considered to protect the crust, crumb, and shape along the way.

I’m Angelica — originally from the suburbs of Chicago, but Colorado has been home for ten years now. I came out for school and somehow never left.

Before bread, I earned my cosmetology license, then a teaching degree — both gifts I still carry into this season of life, just in quieter ways. I met the love of my life five years ago, and we were married three years ago in Estes Park at Camp St. Malo, the little chapel on the rock. It was simple, sacred, and perfect.

We now have three beautiful children, all two and under, and most days this bakery is built in the in-between moments — during naps, early mornings, and a kitchen that rarely stays clean for long.

I’m a cradle Catholic, and Little Flour Homestead is deeply inspired by St. Thérèse and her little way — the belief that small, ordinary acts done with great love matter. Bread baked slowly, eggs gathered gently, and a home that isn’t perfect but is deeply loved.

I’m so glad you’re here 🤍
