👨🍳 Meet Your Bakers Paul and Jenny bring decades of culinary experience. Jenny trained under a German pastry chef at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, preparing over 10 types of pastries daily for 400+ guests across seven restaurants. She also learned from her Aunt Olive in New England and grew up in a family of chefs. Paul is a natural born baker and after all the years of baking he mainly takes care of the breads, bagels and many many other of our items! We bake with heritage, humor, and heart.
