I learned how to bake bread from my Grandmother when I was 21. She taught me over the phone. I baked bread that year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The following year, I had just gave birth exactly 1 week before Christma
s and my father says "I Hope you're still making bread for Christmas". Well, I did, LOL. Then I learned how to make banana bread and zuchini bread. Around 2008, I started giving baked goods as gifts at Christmas time. For years people kept telling me I should start selling them. For years, I didn't have the confidence. In this time, I taught myself a lot about baking. In 2021, I just did it! I started selling my breads, cookies, coffee cakes and cinnamon buns. I started getting orders, of course just from friends and family, then other orders started coming in. My best sellers are: Buckeye Cookies, Coffee Cake, Cinnamon Buns, Pumpkin Bread and Banana bread and brownies. All of my customers have their own personal favorites.
