Focaccia, like really good Focaccia, is a mouth-pleaser with almost any meal or at any time. We at Sheepdog Breads think we’ve made something really special! Two different types: Rosemary Garlic and Jalapeno Cheddar.

Maybe not unique flavors... but hold on. We use ingredients that you can pronounce and would make your Mom proud: and as organic as possible.

We also use our sourdough starters to work the dough (called a ferment), at room temp until it's ready for a long nap in the fridge overnight. What we strive for is a dough with enhanced flavors, but not an overwhelming tangy sourness found in most sourdough products. If that’s your thing, great, we think you'll enjoy our products too.

Our Focaccias will pair well with almost anything you enjoy bread with. Or just try it on its own and let it dance in your mouth!

Hey y'all! We've been out of town for a bit, but we're BACK with some familiar items and some new.

💥NEW💥 Sourdough Cinammon Swirl Bread is now at Cozy Cottage Market! Mmm, mmm. Let's just say it's "cinnamon forward." But this isn't your ordinary cinnamon. We use organic ceylon cinammon which is a milder, slightly fruity cinnamon. We can't wait for you to try it.

We've also restocked our sourdough English muffins and Everyday Rustic Loaf.

One more note: Cozy's hours have changed for the fall! 🍁
